Job Overview:
We are seeking a service-oriented and detail-focused Client Travel Representative to join our remote customer care team. This role is responsible for supporting clients throughout their travel journey, from initial inquiries and bookings to post-travel follow-up. The ideal candidate has a passion for helping people, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner
Assist with travel bookings including flights, hotels, transportation, and activities
Process itinerary changes, cancellations, and rebookings as needed
Provide accurate information on travel regulations, destination requirements, and itinerary options
Maintain client profiles and preferences to personalize each travel experience
Monitor potential travel disruptions and provide proactive support and solutions
Ensure compliance with travel policies, budgets, and company procedures
Coordinate with internal travel advisors, agents, and service providers to deliver seamless experiences
Document all interactions and updates in CRM and booking platforms
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1–2 years experience in customer service, ideally in travel, tourism, or hospitality
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable using travel booking systems (knowledge of GDS such as Sabre, Amadeus, or Apollo is a plus)
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and navigate CRM systems, online booking tools, and productivity software
Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote teams
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or certification in Travel or Tourism is a plus
